Beach House was renovated 6 years ago and extended
in a charming and sympathetic manner. The 1-acre
coconut grove remains untouched but immaculately
clipped lawns, and pretty Araliya (frangipani) trees
lead to the sandy beach for Safe swimming and
barbeques. The main villa has an open, white
pillared design with high ceilings and terracotta
flooring. The wrap-around verandah is furnished with
planter�s chairs and rattan chairs and occasional
tables. You can sit in the verandah by day looking
out to the sea or under the star filled skies at
night. This splendid Villa comes with 4 unique
double bedrooms with en-suite open roofed bathrooms
and private gardens, Master bathroom with a double
bath, Separate dining pavilion, beach terrace, Pool
terrace, kitchen, staff quarters & laundry room.
Main building has the 3 bedrooms, large living room
with 4 very comfortable large sofas and it�s
decorated with some special antique pieces, 2nd
building with 1 bedroom, dining and pool pavilion
over looking the swimming pool and the ocean. The
pool pavilion has a pool table for entertainment.. |
